Sai Baba: Man of Miracles, by Howard Murphet. ISBN: 0877283354. If you don't believe that miracles are possible, then you need to read this book! It is one of the best books on Sai Baba's astounding miraculous nature and recounts miracle after miracle that Sai Baba has done. The author describes these numerous miracles in a credible, highly documented manner and gives the witnesses names and their hometowns, so that you can verify them for yourselves. And the witnesses are almost always reputable professionals such as Supreme Court Judges; doctors and surgeons; professors; high ranking military officers, successful business owners, etc. And it is helpful to note, that virtually every miracle performed by Jesus has also been performed by Sathya Sai Baba, and many more besides. These miracles include raising the dead; being in two places at once simultaneously; materializing food to feed thousands of people; the instantaneous healing of blindness, deafness, cancer, as well as many other diseases and health conditions; etc, etc. So Jesus' statement: "I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these . . . " (Holy Bible, New Testament, John 14:12) takes on increased meaning in this light. This book is a real eye-opener, deeply inspiring, and has been life-changing for many readers.
My Baba and I, by Dr. John Hislop. ISBN: 0-960-0958-8-8. As one of Sai Baba’s early “Western” devotees, Dr. Hislop gives a touching, personal account of his unusually close relationship with the Avatar. A number of miracles are shared, as well as helpful spiritual insights.
Sai Baba Gita, Discourses given by Sai Baba; compiled and edited by Al Drucker. ISBN: 0-9638449-0-3. This is probably the best summary of Sai Baba’s teachings in English. It is particularly excellent for Westerners, because most of the Sanskrit words have been translated to English equivalents or phrases. I wish to thank the editor, Al Drucker, for giving me permission to make this book available to all of you free of charge. Please click here to begin reading it: Sai Baba Gita.
