We all make mistakes. It's just a part of life. And sometimes these mistakes affect others in negative ways. But we don't need to let this unintended negativity fester and grow, because it's so easy to say something like, "Oh, I'm sorry about that! I didn't mean to do that. Please forgive me." A simple sincere apology can make an enormous difference and immediately put a stop to something that can grow and turn into a disaster in our relationships with those we love and care about.
Thus, having the courage and strength to sincerely apologize for any mistakes that we have made can make a world of difference in our relationships. So please don't be afraid to apologize. Even if the other person is 90% at fault and we're only 10%; and the other person would rather cut their head off than apologize to us; at least we can apologize to them for our part, and then go on our way free from the regrets, resentments and worries we might otherwise carry with us. Plus, it often opens the door to a later reconciliation that might not otherwise take place in this lifetime, and thus frees up future lifetimes for more fruitful things. So, even if the other person doesn't come around to a happier way of living - at least we have!
It easy to apologize and it brings such happy results!
